Bioflix case study

Mobile app design and development for a 24/7 self-serving grocery shop in Basel, Switzerland. This shop is powered by OktoPOS, providing full self-serving experience. Our team built a mobile app for OktoPOS hardware. This shop focuses on organic food and local products. The shop delivers fresh groceries straight from local producers and farmers to the various neighborhoods of Basel.

The specific of the shop is that it's a self-serving shop. The QR code serves as an ID card for each customer. You need to scan a QR code to enter the shop. So, the main goal of the app is to provide a convenient way to register and store personal QR cards for store access.

At this store, you can find fresh vegetables, fruits, and specialties from over 25 producers and farms in the Basel region. Complemented by a wide selection of organic products. By scanning a QR code, you can open the door to the store and purchase regional and organic products through self-service checkout. Find more details in the App Review video below.

"molfar.io built a grocery store’s mobile app for QR access code generation. The team integrated and automated registration and customer login features and set up a two-factor authentication via SMS.

We got fantastic feedback from our customers and saw a significant increase in new sign-ups after launching our mobile app. It turned out to be one of the best decisions for our shop! The team at molfar.io did an outstanding job bringing our vision to life. Their direct communication was very helpful. Their work went above and beyond our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result."
