Antenatal yoga – also known as prenatal yoga or pregnancy yoga – is a gentle yoga practice uniquely designed for pregnant women. It combines modified antenatal stretching routines with a variety of pregnancy meditation, breathing, relaxation, visualisation + affirmation practices for childbirth.
